How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing an order on our site, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery depends on the shipping method you chose for your order.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. It's very important to provide an email address when shopping with us. It makes communicating about your order easier.
It's been more than 7 business days, where is my order?
If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at email@example.com. If you do have a tracking number, contact the postal service.
My order was delivered to the wrong address, what do I do?
We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an address you mistakenly entered into our system. Please double check the address you provide before placing your order. Also check your order confirmation once it’s emailed to you and if you see you entered the wrong address by mistake, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours so we can fix this BEFORE we process your order! If the package is already delivered, you have to contact postal services.
Do you offer Rush/expedited shipping?

Do you ship internationally?
We do, with a few exceptions. Proceed to checkout and our system will let you know if we ship to your country.
Will I have to pay duties on top of my order total?
We are not responsible for any fees applied to international orders.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
We offer returns back to the original form of payment and exchanges for another in-stock item. We understand ordering online is difficult so you have 7 days from the time of delivery to request an exchange or return. All items must be unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, tags and labels must be attached, and in the original packaging.
