We offer returns back to the original form of payment or exchanges for another in-stock item for equal value.
We understand ordering online is difficult so you have 7 days from the time of delivery to request an exchange or return.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and lingerie are final sale. No exchanges. No returns.
- All markdown/sale items are final sale. No exchanges. No returns.
- Any items bought in person at pop-up markets and fairs are final sale. No returns. No exchanges.
All items must be unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, tags and labels must be attached, and in the original packaging.
For exchanges: Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) you want to exchange. Provide the size and style name. We will let you know if we can fulfill your request based on our inventory, if not we will issue you store credit to use toward a future purchase or a full return. Your choice.
For returns: Send us an email at email@example.com to request a return. Fill out this return form and include it, along with your invoice, in the package and return the item(s) to the address on the shipping label (email us if you need the address). If possible, get a tracking number from your postal service and email it to us with your order number.
Unfortunately we can not provide free returns, so you're responsible for paying the fee to ship the items back.
Your return will be processed once we receive and inspect the item(s) you sent back to us.
